Problem with Project 64 Netplay

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with Netplay on Project 64k. I can run games offline, perfectly fine. Anyway, linked is a video of my issue.

I can't use RAR files correctly, can you upload it on youtube or in some other format or explain what happens
