Problem with PC Project M Installation

So I recently tried to install Project M following the instructions here: http://afriendlyfox.com/2013/07/22/project-m-super-smash-bros-brawl-mod-on-the-dolphin-wii-emulator/

After completing the last step, I do not get a Project M start screen, nor does going to Stage Builder start Project M. If anyone knows what is wrong please tell me.

I am pretty sure I followed the steps correctly as I have done this twice now to no success.

I made sure to do that beforehand. Also are there any screens I can show to help diagnose my situation better?

Show what happens when you press launch game and what happens afterwards. Keep in mind that unless you're planning on getting PM on Dolphin for testing mods, use the injected ISO method instead because it is easier to start up, has less lag, and enables you to play online via Netplay.

After trying out the injected ISO method (Which is much simpler in method) I followed the steps and did not get the ProjectM_RSBEPM_K-sav.iso in the Builder folder. During the builder batch file process it says many times it cannot find the path specified. I'm not quite sure what I am doing wrong in this scenario.

Justt running through a few possibilities of missed steps.
1. Check to see that brawls ISO is set to default. right click and set to default.
2. In config options of gecko OS, set hook type to VBI, and save config.
3. Ensure that winimage is not still open when launching. this has caused problems for me, and it loads into regular brawl instead.
4. make sure the files put in the SD file look like this-->

If you loaded project m folder into it, i.e. \projectm\apps....it wont read correctly so make sure its not these folders 'inside of another folder inside the sd card.
5. ensure the sd file is both in user/wii and named sd(dont rename the file)
6. in newer releases of dolphin, their configurations are based on running off of configs in my documents. to prevent this, and run the game off of configs in the base folder, right click inside the dolphin folder, and creat new txt doc, and name it portable.
7. ensure your wii nand folder is the one where your dolphin program is located. this is at the bottomg of the paths section.
hope one of these helps you

Doesn't look like you put the super smash bros brawl iso in the builder folder.

Ok, I realized that the Brawl ISO I was using wasn't NTSC, and that caused all the problems. The Injected ISO method worked liked a charm. Thanks for all the help!
