problem with model swaping

i tryed to swap olimar with silver from GHZ stage it works but then the shoes become stretched out like this:

try this instead. the problem comes from certain bones not matching up. this has two different character files in it, Ness and Bowser. these two because Silver's bone structure matches better with them. and you may have to rename the bones, just removing the StgGreenHill_ part.
