Problem with green proj. M Jigglypuff?

Not sure if this is a common error, but the green sleepy cap jigglypuff for PM seems insistent on freezing with any texture hacks I put on it. All of it's other colors are fine. Anyone know any fixes?

It's because of the hat; try manually extracting the textures and putting them onto this model.
