Problem with Bowser's Victory Theme

I don't know why. Some reason, Bowser's Victory Theme uses whatever song replacement it finds for Smashville. Is Bowser even suppose to have his own victory theme?

Alright so if you notice, there's a notepad file in projectm/pf/sound/strm called SONGS REPLACED
Here it says
N12 - K.K. Condor -> Removed from Smashville and used as Bowser's Victory Theme
As K.K. Condor is a hidden song in the game which was replaced for a victory theme
So, if you deleted or replaced that file smashville song is obviously gonna play.
If you didn't then download http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=02638254626598047606 rename it N12 and paste it in projectm/pf/sound/strm
it should work then

Since that's resolved, I was wondering if you guys might know what number the Bowser theme from 3.5 was in that version so that I can replace the new one with it. I don't see it in Song Manager under victory themes, nor do I see it on the "songs replaced" list.
