Problem using HBC

I'm using the codes from the BrawlPlusery stickied topic, and when I go into GeckoOS (or whatever it is), it gets to the point where it says Applying Codes, and then it just freezes. It also freezes when I try to Manage Codes. Is there any common problem that could be causing that?

You need to be using the double GCT method.
