Problem Uploading Profile Picture.

I want to use the profile picture on my YouTube channel as my SWF avatar as well.

I'm not sure if it is too large or what, but it doesn't seem to work. If anyone could tell me the problem it would be appreciated.

if the problem is sizing or something I would love it if someone could fix it for me as I am technology-impaired.

Sorry droogie but SWF is currently having some file problems / site issues and it is currently affecting everyone with regards to uploading their custom avatars. There isn't a fix at the moment but they are currently fixing the issue.
