Pressuring a Peach w/ her own Turnip

I like laser camping to make her come after her and catch her on a missed attack.

Don't catch any of the turnips except the stichface one. She will more than likely be on her guard after you caught it, so try and take her by surprise. The only problem is that you can't grab, shffl, smash, or do any attack with A at all, so don't wait to long. I suggest just reflecting it, it'll waste your time if you have it too long.

I also play my friend who mains Peach all the time. Sometimes I'll catch his turnip, throw it back at him, and follow it up with a nair --> up-smash. It works at the right percents. Fox Turnip Combos ftw!

I like to either shine it back or catch it and try to hit peach with it.

Anyways, I just try to avoid the turnips altogether, unless I'm camping with lasers or something. As long as I know for sure I can jump up and catch the turnip without being slapped I'll go for it.

What I try to do is waveshine them and then at the edge, throw it at them. Then I try to catch it again. Waveshine, throw, repeat. It works really easily since Peach is the 2nd easiest to waveshine (IMO at least)
Mine came first. But yeah, i saw that thread a few days after posting mine.

freak the peach out as much as possible, make her hesitant to attack and use your lasers to their full potential.

I usually catch the turnips And throw it back at her when she is open, sometimes when i am camping lasers to, after I throw the turnip back at peach i go for a move such as upsmash, or neutral air it usually works if u not playing a really smart peach who just throw turnips and not use them to mindgame^^

ur right master peach some peaches can be predictable with the turnip, and just throw them for ........of it.

What are the mechanics of the air dodge turnip catch btw? is it like air dodge, immediately press z? or can you catch it during any part of the air dodge? or what? I believe it's w/ z, you can't do it with just r+a can you? Thanks in advance for clarification.

well, u got lasers and the zombie turnip so, i think u can just shortjump shoot her with lasers an try to waste her shield and then throw the turnip, buuut, i never catch it, because i can punish her after shining the turnip, she will dodge it and then i just grab her and punish or something like that, thats my oppinion.
actually, shining it doesn't always cut it, while doubling the damage, the peach i play is very good at catching turnips, i was more wondering how to use the fact that i'm *holding* one to my advantage, rather than actually try to hit her w/ it.
