"Press Start" Screen hacking.

So I want to create my own brawl hack in the style of project m and many others I want to know if you can change the press start screen and exchange it for the Japanese one also if I can change some things.

I don’t know how to do it with vanilla game but I do know with project M so maybe this’ll help, I went to project M files and searched for the Starting screen image and opened photoshop for me and there I could draw or change or what ever I wanted to do to it. Sorry if I couldn’t help GL!!
