"Press Any Button" Screen Editing?

Alright, so I'm trying to edit the screen that appears after the Strap Loader, on which you have to press A and launch the menu. I've found small textures that belong to the screen in mu_menumain, but haven't been able to make much sense of it. I need to know

Is it possible to edit this screen?
To what extent?
How do I do so?
Where are the files?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There's a file named "title_en.brres", it's located in menu/titleloop/, you can also find "sunset_en.brres", it's the animation that plays just after the "Now Loading" screen. Hope it helps.

EDIT: There's also another file, "sc_title_en.pac", it can be found in menu2/, the file seems to contain both, "title_en.brres" and "sunset_en.brres".
