Smash 3DS Pre-order bonuses

Someone else brought this up in another thread so thought I'd make a topic about it.
If you pre-ordered Smash Bros. 3DS, did you get any pre-order bonuses? If so, what were they?
I know that Target's is a $5 gift card and that Bestbuy's is (if you went to Smash-Fest) a $5 gift card and a smash bros coin.
PS: Please no 'anti-pre-order bonuses' posts please.

The belgian gaming store (sorta like gamestop over in the usa) gives a dog-tag with the pre-order of both the 3ds and wii u version.

Nothing major, but it's a fun little thing to have non the less ^^

It's not much of a preorder bonus, but if you fill out the "Intent to buy" survey from Club Nintendo, they will throw in an extra 10 bonus points toward your Club Nintendo account.

Also, if you buy both the 3DS and Wii U version of Smash Brothers, Club Nintendo will give you the Soundtrack for free (Not really a preorder bonus, i know, but a freebie nonetheless).

I haven't seen much of anything in the way of bonuses here in the US. I wonder if closer to the release date there will be.

I didn't get any mention of preorder bonuses. I
