Practicing Teching?

Hi, this is my first time posting on this website and I apologize if I am posting on the wrong section.

I've been playing Smash Bros nonstop since I got the game on 3DS launch and once the first techniques I had trouble with was teching. Now I can tech when landing on the stage no problem but I want to learn practice rolling out of a tech (since I've been punished for teching on numerous occasions) and especially stage teching since I've been knocked out that way multiple times whenever I play against someone who knows what they're doing.

Any suggestions would be great and I will highly appreciate any.

I know you are on the 3DS verison, but you could see if you could somehow try this out

Actually I got a Wii U recently and I've been playing Smash on that since.
