Practicing tech skill

Hey guys, just wondering what levels of CPU you guys face against to practice tech skill. I know facing humans is a lot better, but I like practicing tech skill on CPUs. Currently I'm using levels 3-5, what do you guys think?

You don't really need a cpu to pratice.

What are you trying to pratice?

Tech skill drills and DI on opponents when I grab them, etc, plus combos. I don't want to use lvl9s as they have perfect DI and what not

Level 9s have perfect DI?

They almost never DI for me.

I'm comfortable with level 1-3 CPU. But it really depends on what you're aiming for

Try training mode and set the cpu to evade.
