Practicing Shine OOS

Is there a way to efficiently practice Shine OOS in blockstun by yourself without the 20xx pack or a cpu? I'm looking for something kind of like how you can practice smash di--> wall tech using a motion sensor bomb

also I actulaly have a second question: how do you waveshine on platforms when ur shine whiffs? i find it wayyy easier when the shine actually hits something but if it hits nothing i always end up with a non-clean waveshine. i've tried doing faster but when i use that timing, at the times when i DO hit something i end up missing my waveland and jumping instead.

The thing about doing OOS options in real life scenarios with shieldstun is that the shieldstun openings are pretty dependent on what your opponent is pressuring you with.

Play against level 9 spacies, and wait on platforms with your shield up until they aerial your shield. They will literally do it like every 5 seconds. Alternatively, you could go to training mode and throw a red shell in front of you, then practice your dash dance and lasers, and every time the red shell gets too close, try to shine OoS it. You can also try to power shield them. The shield stun on a red shell is approximately 1-2 frames less than an aerial from a spacie on shield (assuming neither are stale). You can also spawn a bob-bomb, then wait for it to hit your shield while you dash dance around it. Then shine OoS that, which has similar shield stun to a ganon stomp.
