How do you guys practice movement? I know that that's an area of my play I need to work on. Whats the best way to do that if your by yourself?

do everything you can think of, and do it until you never mess up

at least that's how I'm doing it

I do what samsun said plus in actual matches, try to focus on doing certain actions as fast as possible. Don't worry about winning, but just focus really hard on specific movements for a while. Then eventually it will become automatic.

I go into training mode, and full jump waveland on platforms a bunch. Then I do about 50 waveshines, then I do about 50 frame perfect shinestalls and repeat.

Its better if you tap away then up B because with the shine you'll be vulnerable before you can refresh your invincibility.
The problem is that you need to be frame perfect to maintain invincibility.

With the shine -> up-b stall you can become much more consistent at quickly grabbing the ledge so you are only vulnerable for around 3 frames. Plus you get the bonus of putting out shines while invulnerable.

I here ya but it's worth mastering though.
