Practicing against dlc

Hi guys, Im a smasher from texas, and ive got a small problem... I want to practice to be the best against all the cast... But none of my freinds have the dlc and neither do i... Would anyone be willing to spar with me a bit every week or get me the dlc? I dont really care which, i just know i need to practice against everyone.

The Competitive Board is not for matchmaking.
You can go to each board for each DLC character and ask for matches (preferably on their presumably already existing finder/matchmaking/social threads), go to the Online Discussion board, or just look for someone near your area at the Regional Boards.
