Wow, this is AWESOME! I used to use Kirby in SSBB, but I was no where near as good as you are.
In the video at 1:55 , I've only seen Meta-Knight do that with his down A. Is Kirby's jab just as efficient?

Yes Kirby's jab, along with Sonic's, Mario's, Samus's, and Lucas's down tilt can jab lock. There's probably more but I cant remember off the top of my head.
