Interestingly enough, I think if the doc DOESN'T upb cancel, he can hit the fox with the up b before 3rd shine. That's because fox needs to wait 2 extra frames to land before doing the jump out of 2nd shine to avoid dj. So the doc can start jump precisely at the same time as fox, and they will both be intangible on frame 4 after jump, but docs upb will probably hit on the frame 5, unless he upb cancels.
