Potential Origin of Launch Speed Influence.

Just a minor note, but holding directly down DI against a 45 degree launch results in only a 0.52% increase in user survivability, so perhaps Launch Speed influence was based off 45 degree down DI. Not sure what would be the origin of up-stick Launch Speed Influence though.
