Smash 3DS Possible Trophy Errors?

Not sure what the error here is, since I haven't really played the donkey kong series much at all, but I've encountered what I believe could be an error? On miiverse, trophy #475 is not named "Cap'n Greenbeard" but it is for me. I have only one challenge left, and 653 trophies and I've noticed a few things like this but overlooked them. Such as clearing the 600 trophy challenge got me the went worth trophy, when a bunch of sites said it earns you the "jii" trophy. Although I suppose it's probably just a translation. Anybody have any idea why the scurvy crew trophy says cap'n Greenbeard for me? Thanks, it's been a lot of time just trying to get any trophy and trying to find any little errors I can and achieve everything.

One thing I don't understand...

The item that shoots a drill is obviously the Drill Arm from Kid Icarus Uprising... yet it says it is just called drill in the trophy. The trophy is also a smash bros series trophy.

There appears to just be some lazy trophy errors. Apparently, "Cap'n Greenbeard" is the leader of the Scurvy Crew, and the trophy had the Scurvy Crew, yet it's named Cap'n Greenbeard. It seems like a lazy translation, I mean. Same thing with the kid Icarus trophy.

They also had a ton of translation/localization errors in Fire Emblem stuff last game. It's to be expected.

A guess for the drill thing is that maybe something about it is slightly different from how it was in KIU? (I didn't play, no idea). The Cloaking Device and Motion Sensor Bomb didn't get credited to Perfect Dark (for legal reasons, but still), so who knows.

Probably because it's a generic, albeit enormous, device that fires drills. That it happens to be the same as the device in Uprising isn't really relevant and it means they're technically not saturating the game with Kid Icarus content unnecessarily.

Is it same in the PAL text, I wonder? I can look into it, if anybody's curious.

Trophy Errors have been around since Melee. Also despite working at Nintendo, most of the employees do not have knowledge on all the series represented in Smash so some errors are bound to come up. That and not all people have played or heard of Nintendo's Franchises so it can happen.
