Melee Possible to unregister or transfer registration?

So, I registered for Pound 2016 today, and shortly after, ALL our plans for getting there fell through, and the chances of us showing up are slim. Is there any chance of getting a refund of any kind? Or having somebody else pay me for my spot? (Since Melee is capping soon)
I registered via smash.gg if that means anything.

I'm new to registering for Majors, so I'm not sure about a lot of things. Thanks in advance. :]
