*Possible Spoliers* Who is more creepy/scary/messed up?

I was curious, so I made this topic. Please feel free to suggest more VIDEO GAME characters, music, items, etc. to put up here. If you do, don't just say "Oh my god ____ is soo much creepier than that guy! Put him up!" because it doesn't have any info to go along with it. If you have a source and list it, then I will put it up here on the front page.

ANYWHO!! Back to these three!

Giygas from Earthbound...

... the Waterwraith from Pikmin 2...

.. or Zant from LoZ:TP?

Giygas has the creepy music, no form and the "fetus", the Waterwraith has creepy dungeon music and a spooky image, and Zant is just on drugged drugs near the end of his game with crazed up moves and stages for a freaky boss battle.

This should be in Light House, IMO.

Giygas is the more disturbing, what with his appearance and battle theme.

Yeah, Light House is basically the non-Smash/Pokemon/Zelda video gaming section of the board.

Never heard of Waterwraith.

The Waterwraith scared me to death the first time I played through Pikmin 2..
I always dread going through the Submerged Castle now...
