possible sonic giveaway?

now, i was looking at wii games on gamespot, soon to be released and i came across this

now, i know it's not smash but still, it's mario and sonic in the same game

could this mean that sonic has a really high chance in brawl?

It's alright, no worries here, sometimes we just get the news a little late. Pay no mind to the flamers, they think they're big for flaming but it just goes to show how immature they are. I for one would like to say welcome back.

As for MaSatO, I could see it either helping or hurting Sonic's chances. It shows Nintendo and Sega have a great relationship to have their mascots together for the first time, but I wonder if it'd be in Sega's best interest to allow Sonic in Brawl as that would take away the Mario vs Sonic hype MaSatO has, to which is really what will sell that game. Then again, the hype from Brawl might push MaSatO as well, so it really could work either way. I guess we'll have to wait and see if Sonic makes it in or not.

Yup, kind of old news, does it do anything to his chances? Maybe make them go up, the games could be adversiting the other (i.e. having Sonic in Brawl is advertising for the Olmpics)

Either Hurting or Helping his chances. In my opinion the game helps Sonic's chances only because of this: Sega had to call (Or direct approach) Nintendo in order to get Mario characters and have Miyamoto supervise the whole darn thing. I think that it could raise his chances because of Nintendo possibly saying "On one condition..." And that condition can be Sonic's playable appearence in Brawl.
