ok so this might have already been thought up or it might have little practical use but i know fox reflector slows him down in midair and there were advanced techs where people would use it to slow him down in the air. im pretty sure lucas' mag can do the same thing. it slows falling speed in the air.

so maybe like fox it can be used to stop acceleration when lucas is smashed off the screen.

Try it out, I'd love to hear if it works or not. I'd try myself, but no Wii in my dorm :(.

Doesn't really work that way for me, unfortunately. HOWEVER, on Subspace Emissary, the Wind Currents have a signifigant effect on it, turning it into an infinite jump. I'm not sure yet if this can be replicated in Pokemon Stadium 2.

It doesn't stop accelleration horizontally, I'll test how this affects his survival against jigg's rest in a sec. Also, this can be used like lucario's Dair to stall when you're recovering and floating downwards. It's not really all that useful for much, but it's funny.

It could be used to stall for someone ledgehogging a sweetspot attempt or if someone's trying to aim for where you'll be falling, but that's about it.

Lucas can use 3 specials to boost his recovery which is pretty insane. Zap jumping with PKF, PKT2, and the PSIM in 2 ways.

It does, you go flying if you do what's essentially a bsticked zap jump and follow it up w/ psi magnet. It's like a peach parasol that goes 4 times as fast and 3 times as high, but doesn't cover you, and you still have PKT2 for afterwards. There's a vid of it somewhere around here.

I actually find it useful to turn around mid-air with lucas's magnet. It slows momentum and allows you to back air. Also nice for back-air spiking
