Smash 3DS Possible Limits to "Custom Item Bags" in Smash Run?

Hello. I have a question that has been plaguing me since I started using Smash Run for custom grinding.

Everytime I seem to go to Smash Run, after the 6th Custom Item Bag (the ones with the wrench on them), they are virtually non-existent in terms of an item. Which leads me to this question...

Is there a 6-custom bag limit per Smash Run?
Are there other collectible item limits in Smash Run?

From what I've seen, you can only get up to 6 custom parts per Smash Run session. This might also apply to the Smash Run powers that you can pick up.
