Possible easy LaserLock set up

I was watching this vid, and at 23 seconds I noticed the falco did a dair to a turn around F tilt, resulting in a trip. I was wondering, could a laserlock have been initiated at that moment, and if so, could it work on other chars?

You can't LL after a trip, I think.

Nah man, lasers make the opponent react to it by their standing hitstun animation.

Cant lock a trip Im pretty sure. Not super duper sure though :-P.

No LL on trips, it just makes the opponent stand up. If you could Laser lock on trips Falco would be broken. Reflector trips all day baby all day.

Though I do see (please correct me if this is old) that a FF D-air spike into the ground with immediate landing may be a great setup. Of course as always though, teching is LL's one problem <<;

yes this can be set up but it would be hard. you would have to be fast and the opponent would have to be slow to a certain extent
