Possible desynced chain-attack? Jab-Iceblock

Hey, I was toying around with different hobbles and I thought that if ICs were desynced and very close to the opponent, could you 'chain-attack' (I don't know the right word) the enemy with Jab-Iceblock? I think you couldn't just mash A+B, you'd have to space them evenly.

I'm not skilled enough to pull it off, hehe. Anyone want to try it and see if it's escapable, or doable?
