Possible Approach Method

Do you think a short hopped shield breaker is a viable approach method (short hop forward and use shield breaker)? Why or why not?
It probably has a lot of ending lag, but it won't be easily shielded.

it also has of start up lag, not much but its not his fastest move so why try to use it as a quick attack. just think was it viable in melee
