Positive or Negative Characters in Brawl.

So, my question today is, do someone out here think that some characters is just crap? i mean, what characters do you thing is Positive or Negative in brawl? What characters do you wanna have and remove? and things like that :]

All characters are positive so far... if im saying that right >.>

Sakurai is definitely on the right track... however it is a bit disturbing that Olimar, B. Jr, K.rool, or Ness have yet to be confirmed.

I don't see why it's disturbing that all those newcomers aren't announced. If they all get in, only Olimar has a chance of being unlocked from the beginning.

I'm more surprised by the lack of Captain Falcon.

I don't have a problem with any of the confirmed characters. Right now, my only problem is that Sakurai has not revealed Falcon yet, but we all know he is there somewhere. I bet we can expect him next month.

I have a problem with 0 characters and I never will. I feel that the more characters added, the better. I don't care who makes it in as long as the game is enjoyable to play.

Geno needs to be in though. Otherwise I will torch the game disk and give it as a Valentine's Day Present to another Wii owner.

I won't comment on Jiggs. Marth and Ike are different enough so he doesn't kill Marth's chances a whole lot.

Just because new characters from the franchise are in dosent mean the old ones are out.

The Ice Climbers, I know they're 'retro' but puting it nicely... their game sucked.

Glad Pichu is gone, I would like to see Roy back. I was a little sad when they said Ness was gone (Melee main) but I'll be fine with Lucas.

I don't understand all this Ice Climber hate... there one (two?) of the more original characters... how is that a bad thing? I'm sure as hell glad they didn't get removed, because that would be a huge waste of originality.

and Zero Suit Samus is a negative in my eyes; at least in her current form, in that you can only use her via Final Smash (I'm sure they'll change that in the final game, though). she also looks boring to play as.

Anyway, I like the roster as it is right now (Yes, even...no, ESPECIALLY the Ice Climbers!). Though PT really did some out of nowhere.

As for which veterans should come back, I'd like all but Roy, Dr. Mario, and Pichu to return. But most of all, I needs mah Jiggs!

I couldn't have said it better myself. So I won't.

Anyhow, the only characters I see as a detriment to Brawl are more recent, obscure characters who are insignificant to their home series, characters suchas Waluigi or Daisy, and 3rd party characters from series completely unrelated to Nintendo, suchas Cloud or Ryu. They water down the roster. After all, it's supposed to be a battle between Nintendo's biggest mascots, not a battle between your favorite obscure video game characters. Some people seem to forget that.

EDIT: And Pichu. Pichu is a detriment to itself and others.

EDIT 2: Banana Dragon, I'm fairly certain the Plusle/Minun remark was a joke, since they were intended to represent positive/negative charges, and the title of the topic refered to positive/negative characters.

So far, I like every character added.
I had no problem with any character in the original smash, and neither with any character in melee.
No, not even Pichu, no problem at all.

I don't think a lot of characters would be negative in my opinion... Daisy making it as a seperate character would kinda be something I wouldn't like though O.o, but thankfully, chances are pretty low.
And while I do get that Pichu is supposed to be a joke character and I like him and all that, putting in Plusle and Minun would be overdoing it...
Oh yeah and Ryu (if they put him in without putting Megaman in), the guy already has his own series of fighting games and is not even the mascot of his company.

Other than that... I wouldn't mind a lot. Not even Waluigi, Bowser Jr, Krystal, Rick the Hamster, Bomberman, Birdo, Boo, Paratroopa, WW Link, Geno, Ridley, Megaman, King K Rool, Dixie Kong... I really wouldn't mind. I think nearly every character would be a good addition.
