Pools question

I am going to be acting as TO of a little tournament between my friends and was wondering how long 2 pools of 6 people should take with 3 set-ups. If there is some equation or something that can help that would be great. And if this question has already been answered somewhere, can someone please point me in the right direction?

Id say do about 15 min per set divided by the number of set ups. Its usually a pretty good ballpark estimate.
