Having just gotten my copy of Pearl yesterday, the first thing I figured I'd do after getting accustomed to the new game, I'd begin cheating.

I expect to get flamed for this, but, as Seven of Nine once said (in Star Trek Voyager), "Cheating is often more efficient."

As I searched through many pointless sites, I came upon 'Pokesav." The program is simple enough to understand, but uploading it to my DS is what confuses me.

The question: How do I get my hacked Pokemon from Pokesav to Pearl?

You save your hacks to your documents, then open them. Then you input this LONG code into your AR.

I'm pretty sure it's different after each hack.

Also, I think I'll warn you. I was trying to hack a "Super Absol" for my friend, and somewhere around (I think) the 250th line, it froze. So I turned my AR off, then on, and went down to where I was, and realized I made quite a few mistakes. So I clicked the back button and... It froze! This depressing cycle continued several times until I gave up.

So, I don't know if it's just my AR, or if the AR actually xan't hold that many codes.

Something about that quote.... my friend made a better one =)

Your AR will crash if you try to do too much. I would recommend only hacking one poke at a time. The only time my AR won't crash is when I do very simple things. So this is what I do.
Catch a useless poke (usually magikarp). Put all your current party pokes in the PC, and just have your useless poke in your party.
Use Pokesav, and hack the poke you want for the Party slot 1. Then save it. Go to AR output or whatever its called and check of Party Pokemon 1. Then Save that.
Now open your AR code manager and get it into the upload mode. Then drag the saved poke file (the one you made when you saved it in AR output in Pokesav) into My Codelist.
A Pokesav list should appear. Go to subscriptions, US Games, and drag Pokemon Diamond/Pearl (whichever you own) and drag that down into MY Codelist.
Now click the Pokesav list, open up Diamond/Pearl (again whatever you own) and it should say Pokesav Generated. Click Pokesav Generated, and drag it into the Diamond/Pearl list that you just carried down from subscriptions. Now Pokesav Generated should be there under Pokemon Diamond/Pearl.
Now just click and drag that list to the left into DS thing and it should update your AR with the Pokesav file.
Now just put in your game, turn the Pokesav generated code on, start the game, and Press L and R at the same time.
