So l found out that PS doesn't transforms on training mode. But unfortunately, you can't use the C-Stick on 1-P mode, unless you're using the 20XX hack pack.
How to play Pokemon Stadium 2 on melee:
1. 20XX hack pack
2. Training mode
3. Choose your character and your opponent's.
4. Go to Pokemon Stadium
5. Change the CPU to "Human".
Competitive rules:
-The timer is going to have to be used on a smartphone (or w/e) if necessarry.
-Do your hand warmers, change to Sheik (optional) and go to your neutral position before starting the actual match.
-Players must count the stocks they have through the match.
-If the player pauses during the match he/she automatically loses.
The textboxes, missing timer and infinite stocks are a bit of a drag. But it might be worth for friendlies at least.
