Pokemon Gold: Fire Blast or Sacred Fire?

Okay, I'm playing Gold on my GBA emulator on my computer and my Ho-oh just grew to level 44. I now have the option of learning Fire Blast, but Ho-oh already knows Sacred Fire, and I'm only keeping one fire attack. Which attack should I have Ho-oh keep?

Acc- 85%
PP- 5
Other- 10% burn

Pwr- 100
Acc- 95%
PP- 5
Other- 50% burn

Definitely sacred fire, definitely. Much higher accuracy, plus 50% burn. 20 more power isn't worth losing burn and accuracy.

Pretty sure it got increased to 100/100 in Adv.

Not sure if it's the same in D/P; I assume it is though.

Didn't know Sacred Fire was in G/S. That's what happens when you can only get Ho-oh at level 70.
