pokeball/kirby modelswap problem? help request.

apparently, when you place a pokeball mdl0 over top of kirby... the bottom of the pokeball just falls off..
this is my first character.. yes, im trying to make pokeball a playable character.
can i get some help?


misc info:
all 60 bones were added(simply because i didnt know what i was doing)
pokeball can be attacked from just about anywhere, and the attack will connect(due to the bones)
pokeball with kirbys vanilla motionetc file has extremely short attack range
i have no clue how a pokeball would jump...
my first model, and it didnt Tstance. XP
it froze my wii about 5 minutes into it, when i got hit by DK@FD

sorry to ignore the rules on double posting, but im going to bump this thread and say that my expirience on this forum so far has been quite bad...
kinda seems like everyone only cares about the newest hacks post, and wont help out a new hacker whos trying to start hacking brawl...

It's not that we don't want to help, most of the time it's because we don't know the answer. I know that right now I currently do not know the answer.

oh. well that doesnt explain why no one answered my meet and greet though XD
pokeballs assist trophy works worse than its item...
as of right now the only work around i can think of would be a vertex hacked kirby...however, this would not be compatible with my not-yet-created moveset...
I.E. side b throws an empty pokeball(not sure if its possible), that damages the enemy upon collision. And dash attack would(hopefully) be like chomping teeth(http://image.orientaltrading.com/otcimg/5_89.jpg), except a pokeball XD
im thinking about making pokeball a biter haha. i have a toy pokeball from back when i was a kid, im using it to visualize animations.

also, if anyone can help me figure out what the moves/animations would be, it'd be very, very appreciated :p
edit:
i can use the first four bones(up to bone index 3) to rotate/move without the ball separating. however... isnt transN used on ground, and it has to have the same index as the original characters transN bone?
if this is true, are there any work-arounds?

im going to make a few test animations 2mro...
does anyone even want to play this character? haha.
either way im making it, for personal enjoyment.
