If you insert the SD card and Brawl into a Wii U will you be able to play it?

After you delete the custom stages it'll work on the Wii U.

By the way, the Classic Controller Pro is a pretty good controller for Project M and it works with the Wii U as long as you have a Wiimote to connect it to.

It works fine for me! Just know that Wii U could only use Wii Mote setups... Classic controllers are not a bad choice!
