PM not booting up

i installed pm just as in every tutorial(it's the official project mirror though) and I put it in the sd card and it is not booting up. I have no custom stages, it's 2gb and there aren't any files other than pm . What do I do?

You provide more details so we can figure out what you've done wrong =)

What happens when you say 'not booting up'

PAL or ntsc?
Homebrew or hackless?
Sd card setup correct?

its ntsc, hackless, and I'm pretty sure its right...

What happens?

Are the files on the root of the Sd card or are they still in the nohomebrew folder?
