PM Mac ISO Builder Issues

I'm using a Mac and am trying to run Project M 3.5 on a Dolphin emulator. I downloaded the ISO builder for Mac (the .py file), textmate, and python 2.7.8. But when I try to run the builder on textmate, I get this notice:

IOError: 13, 'Permission denied'

I downloaded homebrew.zip from the project M website, and followed the instructions on a reddit guide (the one Anther Ladder refers you to). I also have a torrent file of Super Smash Bros Brawl that dolphin apparently seems to recognize, because I can play it


Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
