PM Installation Issues

Recently I decided to install Project M for the first time, I have followed the steps on the PM website to download the hackless version using a 2GB SD card, but whenever I go into the stage builder, it's just vanilla Brawl.

Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Or he needs to delete the stages and then restart brawl.
Like i said in the other post, this worked for me after backing completely out of the game to the Wii system menu.
