At 0:17, you used a down aerial kick. It doesn't really work that well. (Well, at least from my experience.)

1:44: You did a forward kick, knocking him into the air. When that happens, go for an aerial forward A attack. It's one of Sheik's greatest finishers.

Same thing around 2:13 or so.
