Not that it matters, but without Rock Slide on your Metagross, Skarmory will wall it.

Defensively, your team is resistant to every type except Bug and Ground.

Well, the movesets were from Smogon, so of course they're gonna own. You have attacks from a wide variety of types, so single-weakness Pokemon won't be a huge problem.

Yeah, they'll get you far.

And this is why it's always good for more than one person to rate a team..

Let me start off by saying you have a large weakness to specific pokemon like Gallade and Medicham and overall a large fighting weakness. Gallade with Close Combat,LeafBlade and Medicham with Thunderpunch is going to hurt.

Weavile, Blissey share a figthing weakness. Metegross is nuetral. Starmie and Milotic are hurt by electric and Grass. A pokemon like Vaporeon with HP grass can hit Garchomp,Milo and Starmie for SE damage. Starmie does have thunderbolt which helps.

Individually there's nothing wrong with your pokemon as a team they don't mesh together.

Chose some team members to replace. Edit your post and then we'll talk.

Metagross can learn Zen Headbutt, a Physical Psychic attack that goes off of Metagross' high Attack.

Aight i made a change in my team
I now put a gengar in the spot of starmie
And also if i take out a move for Metagross i wouldnt even know which one to take out..
Bec i do need a psy move but i dont know which one to remove..
And a physical wall of some sort
I thought my metagross could play that role since he is immune to all of moves/attacks, and he has a very high defense..
Thanks chill for pointing that out to me.
I didnt even noticed that area of weakness for my poke's

One note about Metagross, I know from experience that Rock Slide is usually much more useful than Explosion. Also, you have no ground resists other than Gengar, who is OHKOed by Garchomp Outrage. Choice Band Garchomp basically tears apart this team once Weavile is dead. Something like Skarmory would fit in nicely here.

ANd who would skarmory fit for? Bec i cant really see taking out anyone for Him so who did u have in mind of taking out?
And i didnt put an choice band on garchomp bec i thought under the item clause u can only use one of the same item.. so yeah maybe i should put expert belt on him, or sumthing like that.

You have too many Pokemon with the same weakness.

Fighting could take out some easy.

So which OU pokemon is a good choice for my team

skarmory would be a good choice for you. It seems like u have to many physical attacks than you do for walls or annoyers.

Skarm could probably replace Metagross. Garchomp should stay in.
