Please help me, im totally lost

So, I understand that Alakazams give me 3 EV's in SpAtk. I went thru about 40 wild Alakazams, which is 120 EV's. I want to completely Max out his EV's on SpAttk. I should try to get at least 40 EV's in speed before doing so.

1. Is my understanding of EV's correct?
-The only amount of EV's i can have has to equal 252
-I get double EV's wearing Power Band
-Pokerus? I have no idea what pokerus does, but I have it
2. Is it good to max out his EV's on SpAttk?
3. Here is my Alakazam so far:
Level 62 Timid
(Current) Item: Power Band
(Battle) Item: Leftovers
(Current) EV's: 120 SpAttk/40 Def
(Wishful) EV's: 180 SpAttk/40 Def/40+ Speed
(Current) Stats:
Attk: 77
Def: 84
SpAttk: 192
SpDef: 172
Speed: 190
(Current) Moveset
-Ghost Ball
-Shock Wave
-Psycho Cut
-Psychic
(Battle) Moveset
-Substitute
-Encore? (Do i have to "Egg" this move?)
-Psychic
-Signal Beam?/HP fire?
4. (Not a question) I have an AR, so im using it to see only Alakazams in the wild, that is all.
5. Is this a good/bad Alakazam moveset/EV training?

-I get double EV's wearing Power Band You get double EVs from a Macho Brace, Power band gives you +4 SpDef EVs per KO, and Power Lens would give you +4 SpAtk EVs per KO
-Pokerus? I have no idea what pokerus does, but I have it Doubles EV gains
2. Is it good to max out his EV's on SpAttk? Yes

Lol nobody can judge anything based on stats. Its too much work to plug anything in over and over to get the right EVs and IVs. You also probly have your EVs wrong.

If you're in UU, you might as well use this set. Use Signal Beam over HP Fire, and yes, encore is an Egg move, you need to start all over anyways. If this is for OU, then use the Choice Specs set of Psychic/Focus Blast/Signal Beam/Trick.
