Please Help! I Didn't Get My Wii Points That I Bought

Anyway, I was buying wii points with a credit card the other day. I had everything filled out and pretty soon it said that their was some error in downloading the points. I tried twice more and the same thing happened. I then decided to wait a day before trying again. The same day my Dad asked if I bought any Wii points. He said that Nintendo was charging 10.64 for the points that I didn't even get! I waited till today and I checked if we got the points yet.....no points..... will Nintendo Give us our points?

Nintendo has excellent customer support (From my expirience). Try calling them, or checking there support site for details.

To be honest, there's isn't much we can do. call nintendo, that's really the only thing that'll help.
