PLEASE HELP: Editing Layout of Stages (not adding new ones)

So I'm putting together my own iteration of PM 3.02 and want to have a stage screen similar to TBH4's, but have 13 stages instead of 11 and and add another ban. I could do the latter but not the former. Any help is appreciated.

There is a tool called the SSS editor, I can't say I've ever really used but I have looked into it before and it sounds like it may be what you are looking for

So I tried out SSS Editor and it seems to be doing the job. I'm also using BrawlBox to edit the borders the the map icons/big pictures for S/CP/B stages. The one thing I haven't been able to f8nd is how to edit the background image of the SSS to put how to ban and how many strikes you get.
