i;ve noticed that a few players can use their second jump after jumping off from the edge... can you explain how thats done?

im sorry i worded it wrong... what i meant was i've seen guys like g-reg like jumped twice off after letting go off of the edge, i was thinking to use that to avoid annoying poeple like marths fsmash and stuff... although i dont know if thats a good option against attacking edgeguarders

You are probably seeing a wall jump. This occurs with certain characters, including falco, when you jump towards a wall and press the control stick away. I common strategy on dreamland, FD, Yoshi's, FOD, and any stage with solid walls is to drop from the edge, use a second jump to hit the wall, press away at the right time, and illusion back to the stage. This is a useful technique for mixing up the timing of your recovery and is definately worth expirimenting with.
