Playing with texture packs online?

If anyone knows where to get the textures and a detailed guide on how to set them up to use them online can you please tell me. Like which graphics plugin to use and where to put the textures.

Texture type: Rice
Enable Cache
Other settings at your pleasure

Put the textures on plugin>hires_textures>SMASH BROTHERS

All the rice video textures are compatible (NOT JABO)
