Yo, there are two scenes in Maine.

Maine Competitive Gaming (http://competitivegaming.me/ , monthlies w/ Melee, Smash 4, PM) and The Maine Fighting Gamers Alliance (https://www.facebook.com/groups/MFGABangor/ , around 2 tournaments a month w/ Melee, Smash 4, PM). The next Maine Competitive Gaming monthly is Saturday the 24th at the Howard Johnson Hotel, South Portland Maine https://www.facebook.com/events/1680981282226656/ please come out to it and tell all your friends

Thanks DwarfSkippy. I've been playing competitive melee for about 4 months now, but I've only been able to play on Netplay which lags waaay too much to be good practice. Glad to know there's a competitive scene in Maine
