This is an idea I came up with before the final smash ultimate trailer came out as such I severely doubt this will Ever happen especially with the suggestions in terms of mechanics and move set

The main Pokemon is plusle and the ai one is minun just like ice climbers, powerful when together but should the ai be k.o.ed the other will weaken.
They are light weight characters with weight in between Pikachu and Pichu
Their Gimmick is Hyper mode (which is based off of the shadow Pokemon mechanic from Pokemon colosseum/XD: a mode that makes every one of their attacks do more damage/percentage and knock back or an additional effect at the cost of every move now doing recoil (3%for almost every move except shadow end 18% and shadow wave which does 4%) and the only ways to exit hyper mode is by taunting, using shadow bolt and being knocked out. rage doesn’t work in hyper mode, you also can’t use items (except smash ball).
Side taunt Pom poms of electricity (starting the taunt gets you out of hyper mode but you can cancel out of the full animation)
Down taunt them radiating shadow energy (the only taunt that doesn’t get rid of hyper mode)
Up taunt they play a flute, playing the flute is said to calm even the most corrupted of souls, however it can not cure those who play for it has lost that ability after being played once before (starting the taunt gets you out of hyper mode but you can cancel out of the full animation).
Alts: minun and plusle, shadow pm, shadow mp, shiny pm, shiny mp, team cipher pm, cipher mp, ranger pm
Move set for plusle and minun
Neutral b relentless rollout
Down b electro ball
Up b quick feet
Side b shadow end
Final smash's wild charge/shadow bolt
Relentless Rollout: it’s jigglypuff’s relentless rollout hits 5% (when turning 6.5%) a hit when in hyper mode 5.5% (7%).
Electro ball: they make an electro ball on either side of them it does 13%, 5% more damage depending on if the opponent is running or not, if in air it will go down diagonally when in hyper mode does 13.5% and a 5.5% increase. When one of them are knocked out it only makes one on whichever side your facing.
Quick feet: it’s just pikachu's custom, it does 1% when in hyper mode.
Shadow end: It works like flare blitz however it does 16% and it moves faster at the cost of distance, recoil is 4% if you use it 5/10 times they will enter hyper mode, when in hyper mode it does 29.9% at the cost of 18% recoil. Recoil is higher due to their bodies not being able to handle the sheer power of shadow end.
Wild charge: they attack much like Latios and latias except it’s volt tackle but does 20%/10%
Shadow bolt: (you must be in hyper mode for this attack to work) shadow bolt does 80%/40%,(cutscene) they use shadow bolt after knocking you into a power plant and unleashing their full shadow energy making their power equal to zapdos.
Jab headbutt
S-tilt tackle
U-tilt thunder wave
D-tilt low kick
Dash attack flame charge
Side smash shadow wave
Down smash shadow rave
Up smash shadow sky
Headbutt: it’s a simple jab similar to Pikachu and Pichu, it does 1%, 1.1% when in hyper mode.
Tackle: is similar to squirtle’s Brawl s-tilt 5%, 5.5% when in hyper mode.
Thunder wave: makes a 120 degree cone above them it does 2% but is a 5 hit move, 2.5% in hyper mode.
Low kick: they kick on either side of them it does 7% if the opponent is heavier it does 9% it also always trips when in hyper mode it does 7.7% a 2.2% increase if against a heavy character.
Flame charge: creates a fire around them it does 4% a hit and it hits 3 times and penetrates with very little knock back, 4.5% hyper mode.
Shadow wave: creates a multi hit projectile move that does 6.5% hits 2 times if used 15/20 times you will enter hyper mode when in hyper mode it does 8.5%.
Shadow rave: it’s charizards down smash but does 12% (has dk down b range) if used 15/20 times you will enter hyper mode, when in hyper mode it’s damage increases to 15.5% at the cost of range (mewtwo down smash range).
Shadow sky: creates a cloud it does 10%/12%hm if contact is made with the cloud above them. It does 4% a hit but attack’s once every 2.5 seconds damages everyone but Plusle, Minun, Dark Samus, and Ganondorf underneath it if used 10/15 times you will enter hyper mode, when in hyper mode the cloud will stay for 15 seconds and does 4% a hit and last’s 5 seconds when not in hyper mode
Nair spark
Fair thunder wave
Bair kick
Uair thunderbolt
Dare flame charge
Spark: is similar to Mewtwo’s neutral it does 2%,
2.2% when in hyper mode. It hits 5 time
Thunder wave: it’s the same but forward
Kick: a kick that does 5%, when in hyper mode does 5.5%
Thunderbolt: a strong move that is pikachu’s forward smash but does 10% and upwards,11% when in hyper mode.
Flame charge: the same but downwards
Grab shadow hold
Jab while holding is headbutt
Up throw shadow storm
Forward throw shadow blitz
Back throw charge beam
Down throw spark
Shadow hold: works like robins down b without health regen.
Headbutt: the same
Shadow storm: creates a powerful tornado that does 6 hits and has no horizontal knock back and does1.5%(1-5) 3.5%(6) when in hyper mode, when not in hyper mode it has very little horizontal knock back and does 0.5% (1-5) 3.5%(6) if used 10/15 times you enter hyper mode.
Shadow blitz: a low power, low knock back move if used you will always enter hyper mode, it does 4.2%.
Charge beam:fires a beam that is a move that hits 3 times each one stronger than the last on, starts at 2%, 3%, ends at 5%(hm 2.2%, 3.3%, 5.5%)
Spark: the same
