Plasma Wire

Plasma Wire is the Up-b for those who dont know. Now its a fairly long range move for hitting people above you but there are some characters that have attacks that can outprioritize it. So what characters does everyone think that this works best against and which ones does it work least against? Oh and some good times to use it are in air combos like you can U-air them and then try to hit them with the plasma wire.

It will lose to yoshi bomb and sonic's dair (you can use up-smash against yoshi bomb)

It works well against Link, TL, DDD, and many other chars who have a 1 hit dair.

The thing about chars with 1-hit d-airs is that Plasma Wire will generally clank and knock them back skywards (because most likely you're going to end up hitting them with the tip hitbox). On the other hand, U-smash will more often than not clank and catch them with the rest of the attack.
