Well this is more of a get Ness hurt move. As far as i know this is true for the game version of 1.2.

Basically just have Ness use pk flash Fully charged . Aim it to fox, who is using his reflector. Make sure Ness is close enough to be in the range of his Pk flash. If done right Ness should receive 50% damage. This only works from a certain distance but don't worry about 60% of the time if Ness is in the range to get hit it should work.

Even better, fire 3 PK Flashes into G&W's bucket and have him fire into Roy's Counter and have that countered by another Roy. Most damage possible in the game.

Oh yea that reminds me, If you counter Pk Flash with Roy it will do 54 and send Ness very far
