PK Fire Crash?

I was testing my new Mayflash adapter, and played a match of Wario vs Ness. When Ness trapped Wario in a PK Fire, Wario took a hit and then the game crashed and demanded a debug. Has this happened to anyone else? I use Dolphin 4.0-648 at the moment.

a one off crash or consistently happens?

Seems to be consistent and regardless of character, stage or mode. Doesn't happen on my Wii console version.

Somewhat successful; not every character causes a crash now.
